Suggested Training

Mental:
Fill your bathtub with cold water. Lower yourself into the icy tub and submerge your head for 10 seconds. Come up for 5 seconds, then submerge again for 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times.

Physical:
Swimming – Swim 50 yards at medium pace. Rest 90 seconds and repeat 4 times.
Jump Rope – Perform 100 singles or 50 doubles. Rest for 1 minute. Perform 4 rounds.
Thrusters- Complete 15 reps. Rest for 3 minutes. Repeat 3 times.

Tough Mudder Tips

Take a deep breath, duck under the barrels and surface on the other side. Repeat. Tough Mudder suggests using the buddy system. Pick a partner to help guide you through the obstacle.
